Chris Horlacher third interview Ernest Hancock Declare Your Independence Equibit lawsuit September 2026

Equibit Group Ltd. is pleased to share Chris Horlacher’s third appearance on Declare Your Independence with Ernest Hancock. The program aired 16 September 2026 on Freedom’s Phoenix. Runtime is 109 minutes.

This is the third conversation between Horlacher and Hancock. The first, recorded 27 January 2023, was delivered in the lead-up to Anarchapulco 2023, when two Ontario actions were already on file and the public record was still being built. The second, aired 13 May 2026, ran nearly four hours and addressed what Hancock’s show notes called Canada’s descent into lawlessness: courtroom delay, CSIS-related discovery, and the broader cost of challenging a national intelligence service in open court.

Four months later the file is larger. Two new Statements of Claim have been issued. Impersonation websites, de-banking, and search-result manipulation are now pleaded and documented. Hancock brought Horlacher back for the update.

Three appearances. One record.

The Hancock interviews now form a public timeline.

January 2023 — first appearance

Horlacher described Equibit’s peer-to-peer equity protocol, the collapse of the company, and the two actions then before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice: CV-20-00645492-0000 against the Attorney General of Canada and related parties, and CV-21-00654929-0000 against Christian Saucier and others. He was preparing to present the same record at Anarchapulco.

May 2026 — second appearance

The conversation had moved from origin story to institutional conduct. Hancock’s program framed the hour around courtroom subversion and the proposition that the Equibit file is no longer a private dispute. Discovery in the CSIS action, procedural delay, technical interference, and Horlacher’s book The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya were on the table.

September 2026 — third appearance

Freedom’s Phoenix listed the broadcast under two topics: the Equibit lawsuit, and economic and market conditions. The show notes reproduce the four-case grid now published on this site. That is the correct order. The lawsuits are the primary record. The market discussion is the surrounding weather.

What the September interview covers

The four lawsuits

Since the May broadcast, Equibit Group Ltd. has issued two further Statements of Claim. Hancock’s show notes list all four files as they now stand.

CV-20-00645492-0000 — Equibit Group Ltd. v. Attorney General of Canada et al. The original CSIS-related action. The Office of the Information Commissioner’s final report contradicts key assertions in the Attorney General’s Statement of Defence. A CSIS officer was produced for examination. The duty-of-candour record in the Federal Court — including 2016 FC 1105 and 2020 FC 616 — remains part of the public context of that file.

CV-21-00654929-0000 — Equibit Group Ltd. v. Christian Saucier et al. Breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of intellectual property, conspiracy, and defamation. The defendants’ own public GitHub activity continues to sit against their pleadings.

CV-26-00015305-0000 — Equibit Group Ltd. v. Marc Godard. Issued 31 July 2026. The claim alleges Godard made early contact with Horlacher in 2011, embedded himself inside the company, and later orchestrated a fraudulent hostile takeover attempt timed to discovery in the CSIS action. Godard has not responded to service. He maintains public sites at marcgodard.com and rapiddevgroup.com.

CV-26-00017856-0000 — Equibit Group Ltd. and Chris Horlacher v. Nathan Wosnack and Ubitquity, LLC. Issued September 2026. The claim alleges Wosnack used knowledge acquired as a director and Chief Blockchain Officer of Equibit to register and operate impersonation websites at equibit.io and equibit.net. The first site used Horlacher’s name and likeness and falsely presented him as chief executive officer. The second claimed publication by a non-existent “Equibit, Inc.” and asserted the business was “Licensed and Regulated.” The plaintiffs seek damages, injunctive relief, transfer of the domains, an accounting, and a Norwich order directed at NameCheap, Cloudflare, Google, and other intermediaries.

That sequence is the pattern Equibit Group has documented as a modern form of Zersetzung: infiltration, sabotage, technical attack, financial isolation, impersonation, and judicial delay, applied over years against a Canadian technology company and its founder.

Interference that post-dates the May interview

The September appearance sits after a cluster of events that did not exist, or were not yet pleaded, when Hancock and Horlacher last spoke:

  • Deployment of the second impersonation site at equibit.net, which ranked first for the branded term “Equibit” above this documentation site.
  • The SEO-poisoning pattern and the 13 July 2026 ClickFix intrusion attempt against equibitlawsuit.com.
  • Revolut and Wise account closures, including a Wise notice sent to an equibit.org address Horlacher was not using to operate an account.
  • The targeted WhatsApp call block at Anarchapulco 2026.
  • The compiled public record of seven documented technical attacks.

Those items are on this site. They belong in any current briefing of the file.

Markets, metals, stablecoins, and the Fed

Hancock’s program has always paired the Equibit case with the monetary questions his audience already tracks. The 16 September description lists current economic and market conditions, precious metals, stablecoins, and the Federal Reserve.

That pairing is not a change of subject. Equibit was built as peer-to-peer infrastructure for the issuance and transfer of securities — a direct challenge to a transfer-agent and custody industry that extracts billions from issuers and investors. The same founder who designed that protocol is now de-banked by successive fintech platforms while litigating against the Crown. The market hour and the lawsuit hour describe the same system from two sides.

Horlacher’s book, The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya, remains in Hancock’s show notes across the 2026 appearances.

Why Hancock’s show is the right venue

Ernest Hancock has given this file three full sessions across three and a half years. Mainstream Canadian outlets have not. The result is a continuous public record: 2023 origin, 2026 discovery and delay, 2026 pleadings against Godard and Wosnack.

Independent media does not replace the court. It stops the file from being buried while the court moves.
