On 18 September 2026 Ubitquity and Nathan Wosnack published a denial of Court File No. CV-26-00017856-0000. It is not a Statement of Defence. Process servers have seen him in a Scarborough Village building. He has not answered the door. He has not been served.
Between 30 July 2025 and 26 May 2026 a private Jitsi server used for counsel calls recorded 5,622 Fail2Ban bans. The series spiked in February, went quiet, and resumed on 27 August 2026 as the Wosnack claim was being prepared. The logs do not name an operator. They name a clock.
Nine days after the Wosnack claim was issued, Ubitquity’s founder asked Equibit’s registrar to take down the page that reports the pleading and to unmask the registrant. Rebel.com is not the forum in which that claim is tried. A parallel wave of spam backlinks began the week of filing.

equibit.net is the second documented impersonation domain after equibit.io. NameCheap privacy, Cloudflare, a robots.txt block after the 11 April 2026 archive, false “Licensed and Regulated” claims, and first-place Google ranking are now part of the Wosnack claim.
On 31 July 2026 Equibit Group Ltd. issued Court File No. CV-26-00015305-0000 against Marc Godard. The claim addresses alleged infiltration, the 2025 hostile takeover attempt, and continued interference. Godard has not responded to service.
The company identifies Marc Godard as a central actor in the Equibit campaign. This page collects the public profile, the 2011 contact, the exit and return, the testing record, and the 2025 confrontation now pleaded in CV-26-00015305-0000.
During the January 2023 media cycle a journalist linked equibit.io as if it were official. The site used Horlacher’s name and likeness. An April 2019 archive showed a Ubitquity copyright notice. NameCheap later called the site abusive and would not name the registrant.
