On 18 September 2026 Ubitquity and Nathan Wosnack published a denial of Court File No. CV-26-00017856-0000. It is not a Statement of Defence. Process servers have seen him in a Scarborough Village building. He has not answered the door. He has not been served.
In October and December 2021 a Keybase account on Chris Horlacher’s GrapheneOS phone followed four users he did not know. All four belonged to a new client. The sequence is recorded in Court File No. CV-20-00645492-0000. It is not assigned to a named operator.

Court File No. CV-26-00017856-0000. The Statement of Claim alleges Nathan Wosnack and Ubitquity, LLC registered and operated impersonation websites at equibit.io and equibit.net. The plaintiffs seek damages, injunctions, transfer of the domains, an accounting, and a Norwich order.

CJC file 26-0478. Equibit Group Ltd. asked the Canadian Judicial Council to examine factual and chronological errors in Justice Merritt’s May 2023 endorsement setting aside default judgment against Sergei Sachkov in CV-20-00645492-0000.
Wise restricted and then closed accounts after a $31 fee and a later notice to chris@equibit.org. Revolut had already cut off service. The correspondence is preserved on this page as part of the financial-isolation record.

On 27 November 2025 Chris Horlacher’s primary workstation suffered a Blue Screen of Death and would not boot. Duriva was engaged to image the machine. The forensic work did not proceed. The episode is on the Equibit lawsuit record.
