The Crown Wants It Kept Secret: AG Asks the Federal Court to Seal Information in Equibit’s CSIS Lawsuit

The Attorney General of Canada has applied to the Federal Court under section 38 of the Canada Evidence Act to keep redacted information in the production in Equibit’s CSIS lawsuit from being disclosed. Justice Kane made the amended application public on September 18, 2026.
